Instructions

0) Make sure you have the C++ Redistributables needed to run the Launcher by installing the following AIO package: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/

1) Purchase Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare Remastered (2017) if you haven't done so already, then install the Multiplayer portion of it: https://store.steampowered.com/app/393080/Call_of_Duty_Modern_Warfare_Remastered_2017/

2) Download the latest HMW Launcher from ⁠the Download page.

3) Unpack all the files inside the .zip archive into their own folder anywhere that isn't the directory of the game.

4) Launch HMW Launcher.exe.

5) Click on the cog button at the top right corner of the launcher, then click 'Select Install Directory', navigate to your MWR folder (where the h1_mp64_ship.exe file is), then finally click 'Finish and Save'.

6) Once the 'Verify game files' button appears in the launcher, click on it to download the missing mod files.

7) When the files are finished downloading, click on the button that now says 'Reverify game files'.

8) If the files finished verifying and you received the successful verification message, you may now launch the game through the 'Play' button.

The game can also be launched from hwm-mod.exe directly.
